1st of all, the firefighters had the perimeter closed off, and I doubt any of them would have had a video camera, as they were very expensive and clunky at the time.

They film the first plane impact, the initial response, the second plane impact, and the collapse of the South Tower from the North Tower's lobby.

Found the 14-year-old. Plenty of camcorders were single-hand sized in the late 90s and early 00s. Some that were barely larger than your hand, such as pic related.

An explosion is in the range of 2000 to 3000 m/s which is more than two orders of magnitude higher than falling down a building.
There's the one video from helicopter that shows people landing on the awning on the concert stage in the plaza. It's not zoomed in so all you see is black dots and then red splotches.
Otherwise, people (Other than Emergency Response personnel) weren't getting that close to the base of the towers and if they did they most likely died when they collapsed so any footage/images were lost.

You are watching this clip commented by some viewers. Be aware though that this is not real time and was probably on some recording afterwards. The man was probably already dead for weeks before this footage was reviewed.

Add the fact that people didn't have smartphones with video, and that anybody at street level was getting shouted at by the NYPD to get out of the perimeter.
