Juche is a very self reliant socialist ideology. Standard socialism draws a very defining line between "Workers" and "peasants" but Juche groups them into a much more effective force, the "masses". it has a high stress on military to defend the bastion and sovereignty of the Juche state. Thats a pretty basic rundown, i encourage you to do some reading though!
