Fascism is a tool used to combat cultural decline brought on by Marxism/Communism and can be enacted, deployed in many ways. At this it is very effective and important. Some could say inevitable. But, as a long-term system, it is very unstable.

Fascism is a government system, not an ideology. It is a tool to reach an end goal, that end goal being an ideology/philosophy.

Fascism worked in:
Rome
Most ancient empires
Nazi Germany
North Korea
Maoist China
USSR
and so on

It succeeded in implementing their ideology in every case. However that doesn't mean their ideology doesn't work.

Fascism is a tool to implement an ideology, not an ideology. Most communists used fascism to implement communism.
