I'm just going to repost this from the previous thread : I understand that it is important to have a strong leader to implement fascism, as it brings people together ; but the problem is how to cope with this leader's death, as I am not aware of any form of fascism that outlived its first leader. What would you think is the best way to ensure the ideology goes on after the leader's death ? Can fascism, once properly implemented, work without a single strong leader at its head, with some sort of council with a few top fascist politicians, like a Venetian council without the Doge ? or should a fascist government educate a few young men to become the next leader, with the current one chosing his successor amongst them ?

The Leader can appoint a man, and if the public agrees, he assumes control.
If not, there should be an Agoge - a school for orphans and any child who's parents wish to send them. This school teaches military tactics, strategy, construction, civics, philosophy - think like a West Point with MIT on steroids.
If the Leader's son makes it and proves himself, the Leader can appoint his son. If not, then a vote. Anyone who has served and made it through the Agoge can apply.
If it was a sudden death, you'd have a vice-leader and he'd assume control. If they both are killed, then Regency Council type thing.

Sounds good, the fascist system I have in mind would rely on different voting systems with a hierachy where your status would determine which votes you can participate in, and how much does your vote weighs. This would include a top council with maybe 10-40 people that decide the most important things, you could consider this the head of the party, this council could be the one to vote on whether or not it agrees with the leader's list of successors (with an order of preference) Of course for there would only be one party, but with a vast hierarchy in which there are only people who properly contribute to the well-being of the nation and the party, like suggested (although I'd prefer smaller numbers of years), a sort of cursus honorum (if I'm not mistaken Romans had to serve in the military to enter it, and it is close to the hierachy of political power I have in mind, where all citizens are part of the state)

What is national socalism's stance on monarchy and monarchism in general? I sort of already understand the basic concept, that Hitler admired great leaders such as Freidrich the great and saw him as someone who manged to inspire a nation and its people towards greatness.
However at the same time it is also clear that the monarchy throughout the ages had been infultraited by Jewish members of the royal courts, and to a great extent had influence over various Kings and Queens decisions throughout history.

Second, on national socialism, there's plenty of ideologies that achieve the preservation of races in their native countries, just indirectly. National socialism is an exception because it focuses itself around that, even though it clearly doesn't have to as other ideologies are capable of achieving while not even focusing on it that much, if at all. No person with an IQ of 80 or even 90 can survive or prosper in the free market, they'd either have to starve or go back to their home countries. That is so much more ethical and practical than exterminating them en masse.

The point is, before the war broke out thousands upon thousands of Jews were safely transported to Palestine with paid travel. He wanted them to leave and many left voluntarily as they lived in slums, Palestine was a new start. However during war time the lines between innocent and guilty become blurry and every jew can become an enemy, like the Japanese in the US. The labor camps were used to keep the Jews from interfering, and they returned the housing and food with labor and production. There was no intend to genocide Jews en-mass and there isn't today, however it has always been, historically, better to prevent than to cure.
Hitler in General had a distaste for Monarchy, mainly because of the incompetence of the Kaiser. He disliked the idea of inherited merit, and thought that a monarch should prove his worth every generation. Communism is difficult to take hold despite what history may seem to say. It took a world war, 2 failed goverments, and a civil war for Russia to become communist, and as for the rest of the Eastern Europe, they were invaded by the soviets which insured their communism dictatorships. It goes like this race->group->culture. People from the same race come together to form different groups which in turn form different cultures. The key to all this is to increase social efficiency through cohesion. Cohesion can hardly be maintained by a mixed group, and even they eventually will blend into one, if they haven't broke down by then.
