Women are supporters, think of their like tools. The problem is that so many people don't have ambitions, before someone seeks a women, they must have ambitions, and be capable of providing for themselves and the perspective women. Then use the women to support you in your ambitions, if you lack them, in addition to a firm set of values, and are incapable of asserting yourself. She will not respect you, she will not consider you an authority, and she will tolerate you until an authority comes along, or her existing one you did not replace directs her elsewhere.
When an authority is not actively present in a women's life, she defaults to social system. In healthy societies women reinforce the values we teach them. Not every man can know everything, each man teaches their women what they know. Then their women swap information with each other, so they get a fuller picture of what to support in their society. Women are important, if men are guiding the big picture, women are helping with the smaller details.
If you hate women, you're not in the right territory. You must consider a women like a child, you raise them, they grow up, and they assist you. They will never be a man, and you must accept this. Do not expect your women to act like a man, you will be disappointed, and she will be confused at why you're upset with her.
