Welcome to /frpol/. Come here to discuss the upcoming election or anything related to French politics.
So far, 4 candidates seems to be in the lead : Le Pen, Macron, Fillon and Mélenchon. The 6 plausible scenarios for the second round are : >Le Pen vs Macron >Le Pen vs Fillon >Le Pen vs Mélenchon >Macron vs Fillon >Macron vs Mélenchon >Fillon vs Mélenchon
Are you going to vote for him? Or would you rather vote for one of the four plausible candidates to ensure they go to the second round?
Mason Lee
Asselineau will get to the second round, the media are just hiding his score
Adrian Russell
You're pretty confident about that. Would you mind showing anything that suggests that?
James Taylor
Anyone but Fillon (and, if he fails, Le Pen) is human trash and serves no purpose in this universe
Caleb Lee
Could you explain your position more?
Chase Allen
FPBP
Hudson Miller
How can you be on Sup Forums and so brainwashed by the ((((media polls)))) ?
They are so strong than people who are hesitating and wish the things change will, finally, not vote for Asselineau just for such idiotic argument...
Levi Cooper
>How can you be on Sup Forums and so brainwashed by the ((((media polls)))) ? Calm your autism, I'm just asking him to detail his position so we have something to discuss That goes for you too, if you have something interesting to say, go for it
Brody Martin
Unfortunately, he won't go to second round I think...
I don't know so many people who are voting for him. I mostly know people for Mélenchon or Le Pen...
But, yea, ((((media)))) are hidding his score.
Also, nobody really knows yet who will go to second round.
>also 4U6/Up+r epic ID, well played
Jonathan Carter
Make france great again
Hunter Turner
>I mostly know people for Mélenchon or Le Pen Do you know why they vote for them?
Bentley Perez
I just realized the french threads on Sup Forums began to happen at the same time than the alt-right cancer.

Mélenchon -> kind of love some of his idea, but don t believe that he can raise the minimum wage by a 300. He energetic policies his the most stupid in the world. Don t want the france going full socialism. Le pen -> love all of her program, not to mention that it piss of a lot of people. Want to decrease my tax as i am independant. Want to bring back french industry. She is not afraid by muslim religion so i think best choice.
William Morales
Fuck Brazilian monkey I just want to discuss French politics, but everyone just spout their positions without giving arguments
Owen Sanders
Have you considered that the fact that French elections are just around the corner has anything to do with it aswell? I mean I now cuckddit and alt-light flooded this place in the last month but French threads should rise in frequency either way at this time of the year.
Josiah Jones
>Have you considered that the fact that French elections are just around the corner has anything to do with it aswell?
Mm yeah you might be right. I don't really care about these elections because I don't expect them to change anything.
Jayden Hernandez
I'm voting for Marine le Pen, duh. But Fillon and Mélenchon aren't that bad, I would vote for them against any other candidate other than le Pen.
Michael Cox
a possible frexit wont change anything?
Carson Cook
The chances of Marine Le Pen winning are very very low. And a frexit happening even lower.
Benjamin Ross
>tfw the final realization is that really, France is totally fucked no matter who wins and this is all just bread and circuses
Luis Garcia
>implying it's not the same in the US
Tyler Russell
Truant de premiere qui veut obtenir encore plus de pouvoir au gouvernement, établir son oligarchie de fonctionnaire et NOUS ENCULER A SEC.
Je vous jure que je le descendrai moi meme s'il est élu
Mason Rodriguez
a frexit happening is too powerful to happen because french and many european are afraid of change They will be frightened of the storm that will happen
Logan Wood
To be fair the storm would not be that strong. The brexit happened and things keep going like before (inb4 it's different because muh euro)
Luke White
brexit did not happen yet you ignorant shit
Michael Bennett
Nothing is going to happen. Stay quiet and watch your tv.
Kevin Lopez
If I were in France, I'd vote for Le Pen. Not that a yank's opinion matters that much.
There's a higher chance of France being a Muslim majority country by 2025.
Owen Walker
Im not that pessimist i think aroud 2030 the mudslim shit will start to go crazy and the french redneck in the rural campaign will begin an ultra-nationalist movement
Lucas Foster
Hello Jean-Yves.
Jason Ortiz
Most likely the same reasons for both, but the ones who vote for Mélenchon are for more "diversity" and for Le Pen for less diversity.
To summaries : the main reasons are the ejection of the "old" and common politics with real democratical values : the listening/understanding of real people's problems and not just 100% blindly following the Europe and USA rules.
