Build: About 5'6" to 5' 7", slender/thin but in shape. May be a member of a martial arts / boxing club given his footwork.
Tattoos: None visible on either forearm (inner or outer) or on the neck/face. Many videos show shadows/camera artefacts that look like forearm tattoos. These have been ruled out with certainty.
Piercings: None visible, earrings possible.
Gloves: Black with a green lining visible as a band at the wrist.

Pants: Levis 514 size 32 30 Dark grey or faded black, baggy at the bottom they are too long for his frame.

Age: Educated guess puts him at mid 20s to early 30s based on his build and his face and his activity at the riots.
Occupation: BikeLockGuy is very likely an avid cyclist. His arms are smooth, well tanned, and almost hairless. He may shave his arms/legs to avoid road-rash.
