free healthcare used to be good 15 years ago when the population was stable, now we lacks nurses, doctors, hospitals and clinics are full of stinky immigrants who cannot even speak french or english. emergency has a waiting line of 24h sometime. Even if you go private you will have your results fast but you still need to go at the hospital and wait in line since we lack doctors.
