It seems to me that the reason they want shit h1bs and cheap migrant labor is because they've made education irrelevant to the job that gets done, ergo these workers are either already the cheap replacements, or they're about to be.
I see no other reason they could possibly justify this other than "losses from these guys not working is nothing compared to the savings should we oust Trump", and I don't even see what this accomplishes on that front, leading me to believe there is an ulterior motive for this.
