I find asians as rude, as americans really.

I once saw an accident in the snow. Some woman lost control and spun out and hit a divider. I pulled to the side to try and help and as shes crying this american shit stain starts honking at her to get her ass out of the way. My parents emigrated from the Philippines to here when I was like four in 1996. And pretty much growing up in America I've noticed this about Filipinos.

Cultural differences

Asians speaking English without much experience tend to talk in short sharp sentences, dropping conjunction words (and, because, but, for, if, or, when, etc).

I might be making this up but I think this is because these kinds of words aren't really common in a lot of Asian language sentence structure, so it feels like a more natural translation for them.

Unfortunately dropping conjunctions is a sign of deliberate rudeness in Western culture, so I think that causes misunderstandings.
