Kinda understandable, as the perfect immigrant immigrates into a country which's culture he loves, which's language he respects and which's traditions he aims to uphold. The same should be said of our own people. But if those who sing in Norwegian are MOSTLY immigrants, that's sad. You need to encourage the use of your own language. We always tend to view our own languages as boring, because we know them so well, whereas other languages are more exotic and thus exciting. But we shouldn't forget that for other countries, it's the other way round - they find our own languages exotic and exciting.
