Hammond..... My immediate neighborhood is pretty comfy, desu, although in a decline. The shitty neighborhoods are in the northern part of the city. It's a bit better than East Chicago and tons better than Gary. There's some really nice little cities in NWI too. It's an area of highly segregated cities.
