Any reasonably substantive 150 mm tube or pipe could be improvised into a one-shot canon and fire it (rocket propelled) like an artillery shell. Effectively, a nuclear mortar that can lob a mini-nuke a mile or three. You could even survive being that close to achbar again another day.
