You don't think there is a group that has the most clout and voting power to be the majority? Within that majority, people are greedy and want to rule that majority. The group with the majority vote obviously votes in their best interests. They vote themselves the EASY jobs. Usually the newcomers get the hard jobs no one wants. That's why there is such huge turnover with communes. People quickly find out who rules and has the majority.

In all those revolutions people were promised the Marxian vision freedom and equality, but when property was removed from it rightful owners and the social hierarchy destroyed opportunists like Stalin of Mao simply took charge as dictator. You don't get something better by destroying your traditional society, that's why communist revolutions always end in muh not real communism.
