Get off 4churn, get down to a church, get a'talking and a'helpin ppl, get yourself a rep for being solid, get a job offer.

>hungarian

or move to Germany and immediately qualify for Gibs like everyone else that arrives there

You clearly don't have enough immigrants yet. They'll grow your economy and you'll have a job.

You have to go shake hands and talk to employers. Put a face with your application.

Go to websites of places you want to work at and apply directly instead of employers who use those fucking horrible job engines. You are one in a million in those places.

you need to call them, not wait for them to call you. submit your resume/ application, wait a few days, give them a call. be polite and professional, and emphasize what value you will bring them as an employee. keep calling until you get a "no" or an interview, every few days.

that makes a bit more sense thank you ill try that

>Hungary

well theres your problem pal

learn german and try to find a job in (((austria)))

i dont live near Österreich border and i actually speak german my father is a german neo nazi so technically im a half german

Go to a staffing agency, preferably one that specialized in administrative positions rather than labor. Idk the names of good staffing agencies in Hungary so you'll have to shop around.

alright on monday ill start mass calling every place and see how it goes

Also, there are charities that will help you make a professional resume for free. make sure you stretch the truth on your resume and say you were the best worker ever

Don't apply for jobs at typical places, they get so many applications and even if you get hired they'll treat you like shit. Think outside the box of places to call for work, ask for whoever does the hiring and ask if they are in need of any positions.

i never worked for anyone else before thats my biggest problem i was self employed dealing with sales and customer service

Show up in person dressed well. They get a million emails. They get like 3 walk ins.

LIE on your resume

This

You need to be different than all the other applicants

No one ever got hired without either showing up or being recommended by a friend

Get someone to look over your CV

If you applied for 600 jobs, you probably did not put much into each application, and applied to jobs you were really unlikely to get. Only apply to jobs your profile fits.

>job search website
lol nobody ever hires through them, unless for shit tier positions like a janitor or cashier

This is actually the best way. I know it was a joke about boomers saying "all ya have to do is call the manager and shake his hand", but it is actually the most efficient way to get a job. It's a lot harder to reject a guy who you saw and had a tactile contact with, while sending a rejection letter to some random guy who sent a CV is something that even the most unsecure omega male is capable of.

Don't be easy to ignore. Automated job applications are easy to ignore.

what do i say which i could get away with the least likely chance of them discovering its horseshit?

There is also a shitton of stories about people getting hired for their creative way of resume submission. Like there was a guy that ordered pizza to the office of the company he wanted to apply to, and stuck his CV inside the pizza boxes. Hired.

so should i just manually go across towns and ask every soul if they have a job for me?

>rejection letter
People get those?

Are you a minority of any kind? I.e. woman, disabled, immigrant, lgbt, whatever? There is a shitton of organizations and associations aimed at these kind of people, they host networking parties and other events, and a lot of business people visit them. Go there and talk to people.

why is a man applying for receptionist jobs?

Yeah actually in Russia and Europe we do most of the time. Whenever I applied to the US, I never got an answer. Why is it not common in America?

im non of that im a just a fucking white male

Do jobs no one wants to do.

Or simply be a girl: budapest.craigslist.org/tfr/6098478326.html

Op if you don't follow this advice you deserve to starve

i applied for everything on the site even cleaning shit

If you have a higher education, your school must host this kind of events often

Every single job I've ever had was through friends/family.
Got to network more.

White guy looking for work in America. Am I more likely to get a callback if I identify as a nigger or a spic?

Lie on your resume. It's basically the magic bullet.

thanks ill look into it

all my friends are still studying for masters or unemployed

Assuming this post is real, then it's very very very very likely an issue with your resume. There are probably one or more issues to do with typos or formatting. Go to a job center and get the thing looked at.

Being a transgender black woman would work lol.
I applied to dozens of American investment banks and only got a call from them once. It was when I clicked the "female", "black", and "transgender" checkboxes on the Diversity page of the online application. So I got a call from the bank and the interviewer seemed upset from the very start. Got rejected right after. And those fucks dare to put a disclaimer on the Diversity page saying "this data is not visible to the HR department and is only collected for statistical purposes". Fucking lying bitches.

>Get off jobsite,
>Go on Deep Web.
>Sell your kidney.

Profit.

Here is an example.

Employers look for someone who can do the job to a high standard - and they will usually get 1-10 of those.

But once that requirement is filled, they will look for someone they can get along with.

And they will always prefer someone who lives nearby, someone who speaks the same language as them, someone who seems familiar.

Unless you are a really niche expert in a specialist field, it's meaningless to apply for jobs on the other side of the planet, or several countries away.

OP, focus on jobs close to you. If you want to apply in a different country, you should ideally be in that country, even if you are sleeping on the sofa of a family member.

oh I think I may have found what the issue is I wrote "Sharting in my pants" in the hobbies section as a joke and forgot to delete it

I believe it. Could I put gay trans mentally disabled Hispanic etc as a while aryan male and get away with it? If they question it I could say I have Hispanic ancestors or tell them they're being a shitlord and how dare they

Blame the fucking kikes dude

Applying to investment banks is retarded.

You have to be the perfect human being. Good-looking, impressive and varied resume, top university in the world, socially extremely skilled, able to charm and impress anyone you come across, an academic Chad. Anything less makes it meaningless to apply. Or a literally god-tier programmer who is internationally recognized already before you are applying.

Well there two possibilities:
1) The HR actually does not have access to the diversity data you put in the online application, so it won't help whatever you put
2) The HR has the access, and they make decision based on it. In that case it's certainly helpful to make reasonable lies. Nobody's gonna check whether you're gay or not (unless your social networks show that you have a girlfriend; and trust me they do check your kikebook and instagram profiles). I guess you could pull off Hispanic unless you're blond. But putting "black" or "transgender" is not gonna work and you can only do it for fun.

I went through internships at Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs in Russia, but then the recession hit and none of the cool banks was hiring, so I'm now working for a Russian banks (which is good by local standards, but not too cool). Applying to investment banks in other countries is extremely hard, especially for a Russian, since there are so few economic agreements signed between Russia and EU/US, it makes it even harder to hire a foreigner. Though I know a couple of guys who pulled it off and now work in London and several who work in Dubai.

During my HR screening I asked the girl if she liked it in the butt. She said this is not appropriate and asked me to leave

That was when I pulled out my gun. I made her suck my dick at gun point and then fucked her right in her god damn ass over her desk.

Turns out this was her exact fantasy, to a tee. The point is you gotta put your best foot forward.

I know you were joking but this still gave me heartburn because people actually believe this.

Hmmmmmm
(´◉◞౪◟◉)

Make it ad-hoc, you want to apply as a cashier, on experience put "I worked as a cashier in X place.

You need to prepare a cover story of what you did at place X because that are the usual questions on an interview.

On references put the phone of a friend / your dad.

Do that, and also--and this is crucial--follow up with those companies that you apply to. You cannot just send in an application online and expect to hear back. Most companies probably get hundreds and hundreds of them.

You need to send in your application, resume, etc. through the company website. Then, after a few days, send an email (or call, if you think its appropriate) saying something to the effect of "Hello, my name is user. I'm calling/emailing because I sent in my job application for job X on date Y. I remain very interested in working for [insert company name here], and I was hoping you might be able to give me an idea of when I could expect to hear back."

Doing this will demonstrate you have initiative and will separate you from the rest of the applicants. It will also make the company's job a lot easier ("Say, fellow Human Resources employee, instead of having to call the phone numbers on all 200 of the resumes, why don't we just give that nice user who called the other day an interview? He seemed pretty interested")

I'm being 100% serious here btw. I just completed a job search and this is absolutely crucial.

This doesn't work at any job worth its salt.

As someone who currently has a job, but is looking for a new one, you are probably running into an issue with your application getting filtered by an ATS (Application Tracking System).

The system scans your application for key terms that match what was put on the job opening. It'll then filter out the bottom 80% of applicants based on the amount of times said key words appear on your resume.

Use a website like Jobscan to compare your score to the job posting.

jobscan.co/

I literally need to change my resume every fucking time I apply for a job and get a score of 70%+ on the scan to get my resume looked at by a human.

It works, I submitted an application to T-Mobile Corporate using Jobscan to edit my profile up to 68%, got a call for an interview 4 hours later.

The only thing that is holding me back is

>no degree

Atleast I have 8+ years of work experience...

tl;dr its not that they don't want to hire you, its that their ATS is auto rejecting you because you dont have enough key words OR it can't parse your resume correctly

> it doesn't work to be proactive and demonstrate interest during your job search.
Yes, I agree. I think most of this "save the white race stuff" won't work either. We should just throw in the towel. I'm pretty tired now, I think I'll take a nap."

Before I respond, tell me what job you got.

What major/field are you in?

Not OP -- obviously -- but thanks for the link.

There was some law in aussie land and europe as well that you have to put your job applications online as well even if you wouldn't hire from there (dunno how it's in murriland, but logic dictates it should be even more absurd).
So just walk up to your closest mcdonalds and ask for a job.

Management consulting. I'm not gonna tell you the specific firm. I literally do not think this matters in terms of evaluating whether the advice I gave OP was valuable. It applies across any field that accepts online applications and thus gets inundated with applications.

you know how easy it was for you to apply online to that job? it was as easy for every million other people who saw that job posting. You need to in person network, through friends, family, clubs, and school job fairs.

>be EE grad
>have trouble finding work, even shit work
>hard to even get interviews so I figure it's an issue with my CV
>spend 200 of my neet eurodollars on a CV/interview skills thing
>they change my CV so that my work history is in the opposite order and the education section, which I had indented from the sides since it's only a couple of short lines per thing, is justified left
>interview is a fucking farce, they clearly have no idea hat they're talking about
>6 weeks later still no interviews

I have no choice now but to start a business or kill myself.

OMFG I HAVE NO SIDES

also actually some decent advice in this thread

I almost fell for that meme too. Use Jobscan, they have free 1 month trial.

The best thing to do with applications js steal as much from the job description as you can for your resume.

I've found transportation jobs are the easiest to land. If all else fails, get your CDL and be a trucker. Shit life but easily $40k/year over here.

ty for that dude

driving is actually a skill in europe cause we have populated roads everywhere

we can't just drive on empty roads through fly over land like american truckers
