It's not a form of government per se, not in the sense that Marxism was a series of prescriptions for how to order classes and the like in relation to one another. Its more of a social philosophy without a core dogma on either governmental organization or economic policy, with the notable exception that there are things it is explicitly against:
>finance capitalism, especially international finance, marxism, liberal democracy
and things that it favors:
>strong ethnic nationalism
If you approach it with that understanding, you can theoretically justify a strong authoritarian form of government, or potentially a more libertarian one. However, its unlikely a national socialist would favor anything libertarian as long as organized existential threats to the integrity of the nation (ie, international jewry, communism) are present.

Because of this, the inflation of the economy in an unproductive area for consumer goods (building loads of weapons instead of cultivating loads of farms or textiles) the value of the currency dropped while the price of goods rose.

National Socialism (crony capitalism- democracy) was a total failure economically. A short lived imaginary bubble that was doomed to fail from the outset
