AI will make many economic and legal decisions and will mitigate shitty demographic situations since democracy will become outdated by intelligent algorithms with access to huge datasets, they will make better decisions than groups of people in democracy ever could.

Additionally, genetic engineering will improve the average genetic quality of humans so much that we'll all basically be equivalent to high-quality white people. In many cases, people will choose traits that make their kids smarter, more attractive, etc. and there will be a gradual whitening process until all the other groups start to become more ideal and white-like. Don't worry, technology is basically fascist and on our side with this one.

Genetic Engineering + Possible Cyber-augmentation have the capability to make the average person so competent and capable that the worst or average humans of the future may resemble the top 10 or 1 percent of the current population in terms of intellectual or cognitive ability and productivity.
