>a fucking leaf
That's right mother fucker.

I am a fucking leaf.

Don't look down on me, you bastard. Leaves may fall down and wither away in autumn, but do you know what happens in the spring? They regrow on the tree, just as beautiful as they were before.
We're unkillable, we cannot die.
We WILL not die.
If you strike one of us down, we'll just grow back.
So yes, I am a FUCKING LEAF!!!

Now go ahead. Kill me. If I'm killed, I win. That was one of those memes you guys love so much right? "If you kill your enemies, they win". Well guess what? That goes both ways.

Kill us all and we win. Our victory is as inevitable as winter.

Problem solved

Fucking leaf power!

Fucking A'!

Man... our healthcare system sucks. Co-worker of mine had a stroke Monday last week... He's still waiting to get a room and to see a doctor. He's barely able to move and react as he sits in a hallway with 7 other waiting patients in their rolling beds. No joke many such cases.
Also I had to walk on shit knees for two years while I waited to see an orthopedic surgeon.
Don't go around singing the praises of a system that makes people suffer without an option to find their own care privately

Dude fuck off. You're either lying or your coworker is lying.

Anything that's considered an emergency is treated almost immediately. It's only for non-emergency care, say when you need to have corrective spine surgery or something (but can still walk/function on a day-to-day basis) where you sometimes have to wait for weeks/months to see a specialist and book surgery, but for anything major like a stroke, a broken bone, a heart attack, blood clot, breathing problems, heart problems, etc. you'll be in to see a doctor within hours.

I broke multiple bones over the last ~5 years while playing various sports and was always in for surgery within 24 hours each and every time.

my god why is it so adorable

Too bad we already would have spread our seeds, to grow again.
What are you going to do, cut down every tree in the world???
Trees give you the oxygen you need to live, without trees your pathetic excuse for a life would be no more.

Lol you're full of shit. All I had were suicidal thoughts and I got in the same day I went to the ER. If your coworker had a stroke then he would have been cared for almost immediately. As a matter of fact, out of the three times I've been to the ER, I've seen two people with strokes skip the line completely, as it should be.

Neither of us are lying.
The RCMP had to bust in his door last Tuesday and found him half conscious on his apartment floor. Last we heard from a co-worker that went to visit him he's one of the next on the list. But still waiting.
I don't have broken knees but my knees have a fucked up issue where they aren't tracking properly causing tremendous pain. I was on a waitlist to see an orthopedic surgeon for two years. Saw him last month for the first time.
I don't know where you live but that's a reality where I am.
Broken bones probably would get you into surgery asap but other medical issues aren't prioritized here

I'm not kidding at all about my coworker
There aren't enough beds or doctors at the hospital he's in. There aren't enough resources to go around where we are

If you can't meme Le Pen into the French presidency, WTF good are you?

You better do something useful before Canada becomes an Islamic state and the U.S. invades you.

a

fucking

leaf

I seriously doubt your story. But where are you from?

He's probably from Ontario

NHS practioner here, your story checks out. Canada is fucked. Never met so many severely ill people who thought they were fine as I do with canadians. My conspiracy theory is that denying treatment is how they getting rid of the fucking white males. no joke, I've seen some data...

Doubt all you like.
I'm in interior BC

Amen

From NB had a motorcycle accident a few years back broke my tib and fib in my leg got patched that night and had a bed ...but I was lucky a year later the wait for surgery was so bad they started sending people home in the slings without even given pain med scripts. one of my cow workers broke a bone in his arm and they sent him home 6 months later they booked him surgery but had to cancel his arm healed but he's got a huge bump from how the bones healed...still no word when they're gonna get him in.

sad but true...back injuries are so common and so bad that they can afford to put people on disability for it any more so they started labeling all back problems as lower back mechanical because that isn't covered by disability.

>no joke, I've seen some data...

NHS statistician here, I'd just like to confirm this man's assertions. Everything he is saying is true. Only a foolish god would deny him doubles.

What part of the interior?

Most of the interior has shit quality everything

>Only a foolish god would deny him doubles.

Foolish god here, can confirm.

I like Canada well enough but I won't tolerate the cold.

Without getting too specific, outside of Kamloops

>Our "free" healthcare is starting to fracture under the weight of the mudslide we imported.

Can't blame the hate desu. You need to define leaf these days, can be anyone that hikes across the border. I cringe reading most leaf posts and wonder what fkn rock they crawled out from, then I remember we elected Trudeau it kinda makes sense....

If you're leaves that grow back then all I have to do is cut your trees down, right? Nice job thinking that one through idiot.

Probably blind bay.
Many other parts of the interior have great healthcare, like Invermere or Golden.
My aunt had a stroke in way north manitoba and when it comes to strokes timing is everything, the medication needed for the patients needs to be given asap, if such is not the case they can't do much. Aunt came out of it with last brain damage and more, they could have left her in the hallway and it wouldnt have made a difference unfortunately.

Except trees have seeds. What are you gonna do? Dig through every single bit of the earth and try and dig up the seeds?

My coworker was on his kitchen floor for an estimated 2 days. He was very dehydrated. He can nod and shake his head a little to communicate. It's been hit or miss, but he's been able to write on occasion with great difficulty.
We figure it's unlikely he'll be back at work anytime soon if at all

Jesus... imagine a leaf and an aussie axis of shitposting
>... terrifying thought.

Whats happen when you imports lots of coniferous in your country? Leaf gets replaced by thorns
