Note that if you have Hearts of Iron 4 legit on steam and want the DLC, including the Sabaton tracks. But you don't want to pay (((them))), follow these easy steps:
1. hastebin.com
2. Follow the link of HoI4
3. Download the "DLCs Only"
4. Download the cracks
5. Put DLC into the dlc folder where the game is installed
6. Put the CreamAPI crack files where the game is installed, overwrite any files.
7. Done. Start the game normally through steam. You now have all the DLC on a legit Steam copy, achievements and multiplayer works fine.
P.S. This can be done on all paradox games.
