Me and some other fellow autists wanted to listen to American Air Force radio signal on 8992 kHz due to North Korea diplomatic row, at one point we started to hear strange signal which STILL LASTS.
Somebody is jamming it, and various radio-amateurs came to conclusion it is Russian OTHR system. However such system often blocks the signal for few moments, not more than an hour for sure.
Duga and Container have been proposed.
also many bases in US have also had their signal jammed, not only AF.
That is pretty weird, I've never heard it do that before
Is there any other possible explanation apart from jamming though?

this is not the first time this is happening It also happened for a shorter period yesterday evening around... 11pm UTC I think. I went to bed so I don't know for how it went on. Yep, normally this sound is typical for OTHR really weird
