Practically all of mentioned "capitalist" problems happened where there was barely any industry and feudal or semi-feudal regimes because only they can be in undeveloped countries. Thats because the communist did some massive backtracking on communist policies during the 20s. From going full textbook Marx only to see awful results and basically allowing free market trade which really improved things. There was some serious debate at the time over how to procede betwen "communist intellectuals" but then Lenin died and it became a power struggle that ended in Stalinism.
