I read the articles, this is a pretty bad misrepresentation of what he said and meant.
Further, he goes on to call on Musims to denounce terrorism in the name of Islam and to say that Muslims refusing to do business with Jews, for example, cannot be tolerated.

He merely suggests that in the future maybe people will do this to show solidairty with Muslim women who are shown prejudice because of wearing headscarves. He draws a parallel with the Danes wearing Davidstern during the NAzi occupation to show solidaity with the Jews being oppressed.
