Anyway, IF such a thing were to happen then Trump's second term and Pence would more or less legislate Democrats out of existence through national voter ID laws, raising the voting age to 25 and requiring a copy of your tax returns to vote. In which case, by 2030 most blue-leaning states (ie Washington, Oregon, Minnesota) would be purple and by 2040 even the hardest blue states (California, Illinois, New York, Massachusetts) would be broken in and at least partially red.

It goes to demonstrate how important 2020 will be, because the US becomes a one party Republican state if Trump wins.

Depends on where you're drawing the bounds of what you mean by "Charlotte."
Even just within the legal limits of the city, 2/3 is way off. The city proper is 52% White and 35% Black.
But if you include all of the surrounding metropolitan area, like Matthews, Pineville, Concord, Huntersville, Cornelius, and up toward Lake Norman with Davidson or even Mooresville (which is a bit of a hike but you get the point), the number is even lower.
Overall, it's a pretty great area. Not perfect. But pretty nice.

It sounds to me like you're probably just cooped up in one shitty corner of Charlotte. Hop in a car and go for a drive, user.
