But calculations made with classical mechanics vs those made with general relativity come up with basically the same results, if we are talking about things moving at low speeds compared to light. Such predictions made with Newtons calculations are like .0001% less accurate than those with Einstein's, while being much easier to compute

Einstein was right in the same way Newton was right. Newton's model works in basic physics. Einstein works on a more advanced level, but his falls apart on the quantum level. E=MC^2 can still be used in many calculations.

Special Relativity still applies to Quantum Physics, in fact about two-thirds of the corrections to the Bohr Model come out of relativistic corrections to the Schrodinger/Fermi-Dirac hamiltonians. The other third comes out of interaction potentials.

Incorporating General Relativity is where things get a bit fuzzier, do to the inherent conflict between the necessity of continuous spacetime in GR and the necessity of discrete spacetime in QM.
