Let's say we have two populations Group A and Group B.
Group A has 100,000 people in it, while Group B only has 1,000.
However, group B is a bit smarter than group A. 5% of Group A end up being "genius level", whereas 10% of Group B end up being "genius level".
So overall, would this mean that there would be far more geniuses in group B? No, because 10% of 1,000 means 100 geniuses for Group B, but 5% of 100,000 still means 5,000 geniuses in Group A. So if Group B owns all the banks, the media, all the politicians, and is in control of everything, you can't write it off by saying "well they're just smarter and more talented, goy!"
