A large portion of this force is comprised of Koksan artillery guns, which fire large rounds and have a very long range. IIRC the Iraqis had a number of those guns as well, and used them attack Kuwait from very, very far away.

The same could be done to Seoul, with a barrage of conventional, chemical and biological munitions fired from such guns across the border.

Unlike missiles, there's no practical way to shoot down tens of thousands of incoming artillery shells.

I'm thinking some nice security cameras on city streets, or inside apartments pointing out on the city. Maybe a booth or something if we could rent something where we could have a stand where North Koreans could come up and talk to a camera that would live stream their conversation to the US (and vice versa if it was permitted).

I don't have unlimited funds for this, but I could probably come up enough to rent a small place, buy a dozen nice cameras, etc.
