Nah. Even a nuke wouldn't do anything. To have any effect on something that tremendous and with that much pressure, you would have to get a Tsar Bomba kilometers and kilometers beneath the earth in the middle of the magma chamber, without melting. Even then the physics are questionable.
Nothing man made can compare to the levels of pressure and volume of magma and crust there.
