Much of his theories are already being confirmed in modern physics though. You need to either question scientific research altogether for past 100 years or whether or not those were fully his theories if you want to call him any sort of fraud.
Einstein wasn't a fraud. He wasn't a super genius either. He was basically a one trick pony with a huge trick that caused a paradigma shift.
On the other hand he faild to accept quantum mechanics when there already was proof there was such a thing.

They don't talk about Einstein at all except that "he wanted genocide for the German people and stole ideas" These people actually attribute Einstein of stealing the constant of the speed of light which was discovered in the 17th century by Roemer.
