Guys, Venezuela is going thru a lot right now, and this is all because of populism(GIBS culture), problems in the education system, the barrio culture Etc... But, what can Sup Forums say about this? Can we get a solution? Or help in any way? Please be serious guys...
>it's all Chavez' fault
The solution for Venezuela
next time implement real socialism you fools
Just do what China did in the 60s and after a million deaths, do the same thing they did afterwards and adopt capitalism.
Yeah sure, like 50 years of socialism did anything good, we had Romulo betancourt a populist
Rafael caldera, another populist
Carlos Andres Perez, the cocaine driven madman that started just giving away money to ensure his presidency, just investigate about the ship that we gave away to Bolivia(yep the country with no access to the sea)
Dude socialism sucks accept it
what you did wasnt real socialism, try it again and when it finally succeeds it will be real socialism
OH brother if only that could happen we would be happy, can we imagine the resources of Venezuela used for something useful instead of just gibs?
I didn't think of that user, thanks
Now that you have seen the light let us discuss what can be done
>gtfo
this stuff is a shit show, grab your cash and just gtfo
>guns
did he take your guns yet?
>vote
but i heard the opposition in addition to being weak as shit are also socialists? christ
>america help pls
doubt itll happen
>pinochet
seems to be the best way out, grab yourself a pinochet and rally behind him, kill commies and go full free market, show chile who the best south american country is. youll need guns for this so again it ties into the second point of do you even have them
> Here you go
It was bugging me off, so I edited it further.
I like small face memes. (:
Never done one, but I'm good at editing skin.
...
:,) thanks user, this is what I was hoping for.
Now coming back to the thing, we had someone better than Pinochet back then, it was Marcos Perez jimenez, he took Venezuela to the peak of prosperity before this left wing assholes(not Chavez nor Maduro I mean betancourt) made a coup de etat on him, if there was someone like him... Wew lad I would be killing commits like there was no tomorrow
Thanks hehe, I didn't make the editing thou, and thanks for being supportive too
how are things there? I hear people line up for days to eat yet here you are shitposting. You hear about babies being abandoned but you and others clearly have electricity and internet. How is this happening? Did they decree internet to be more important than food?
What about you yourself; are you going to leave? I dont see your country ever leaving its left wing shit show desu, maybe it will pull out of its death spiral and instead go into a slow controlled nose dive. Do you think this is so? Or are you expecting a revolution of sorts? Are you worried a revolution would be trading a commie for another commie?
More questions; what is it about latin americans that makes them so prone to left wing shit? The whole continent has been a disaster following it and the most prosperous country has been the one who actually did proper free market capitalism. Why is this ignored?
Are venezuelan shotas cute?
pls dont make me use google translate again, i want to read about Venezuela
And here is where things get interesting my friend, remember that no everybody is poor, how many Venezuelans do you see here in Sup Forums? Just as an example, I can eat because I am a professional, just like my fathers and brothers we all invested in education so we all have well remunerated jobs, so we can spend some money in this bad quality Internet and of course electricity, but the thing is that with inflation going up everyday, and with the criminality rising by the minute, we are all loosing assets at the speed of light! Mi family subsist in base of corn, cassava, potatoes some fruits and rarely chicken, I haven't had a piece of meat in 6 months, even with a salary 5times the minimum wage, imagine the people that subsist only on the minimum wage, also the gross of the people don't have actual education and even the people how have it can't find jobs because the company's are leaving Venezuela and national companies either suck or can't hire because they can't produce anything, the thing is that we subsist on the infrastructure provided even since the 70's and after that in the infrastructure funded by the economic boom of crude oil. And of course explaining this is gonna take a lot more time
paging the qt blonde gril in caracas i talked to on kik. i hope she's okay.
You know what the solution is pham
You need a leader, ideally a capitalist one, and a lot of guns.
>I haven't had a piece of meat in 6 months
jesus christ. Also companies leaving makes perfect sense, didnt he try to seize GM the other day? What a fucking shitshow my god. Youre living in poverty as a professional making several times the minimum wage, what the fuck are the jobless or those on min wage doing? How are people able to continue without revolting? The mexicans post about toilet paper was heard of a long time ago, i wonder what stage it is at now
If you are bothered to explain more i am more than keen to read
>guns+chicago boys+pinochet
latin tiger 2: electric boogaloo
Let me just explain this, 65%of the people in the capital are starving, and the other part struggles to eat at least 2 meals a day, we don't even have toilet paper to wipe our asses, and this is a real matter, it's regulated by the state so we actually have to make de queues (that are kilo metric) to find it or either way we would have to buy it to resellers at exorbitant prices. Man I have seen children eating from the garbage, groups of men pillaging garbage trucks for a rotten meal of potatoes, I saw a 14 year old Girl eviscerate a man to take his belongings and run like a savage to sell it for either drugs or food, my dad is 80 years old, and we have to wait for relatives in Spain so they can ship us medicines so he doesn't have to struggle too, with cardiac diseases and other issues. We just work each day, and protest by the afternoon or the night so finally one day we accomplish something and we can have a better tomorrow and some actually wait for the sweet relieve of death while protesting so at least they don't have to starve anymore
Who needs toilet paper when you have no food to shit out?
Checkmate capitalists.
Thanks man, really... Thanks
Read this shit pham. Depressing as hell.
Venezuela went from having 'free' universal healthcare to having no healthcare whatever in less than a year
Straya, we learnt your language, plz bear with google translate once in a while, will ya?.
Can you do a recap? or get as many evidence you can. If you have a phone, pictures, pushing it a lil bit further entrevistas. (Alv no me acuerdo de la palabra).
We are very fucking desensibilizados, by all our drug war, but if we got proofs and testimony, I'm sure we can lit the fire of them, so mebbe we can do something for ya guys.
They get their brownie points, and you get helped, seems good to me. If anything, the world gets to know the truth of this shit and not media biased bs.
When i read stories like this and countless similar ones from other communist countries it is an amazing thing that communism isnt a banned ideology in every place it was ever attempted and cause widespread suffering. How much of your nation would you say is surviving on remittances by now? Your family who sound like they would be upper class are surviving by the grace of spanish relatives. After all this no one has given maduro a romanian christmas?
Im guessing the army after disarming you now has first pick of its food and rations? Will they ever turn on him?
>free
its the same shit here, my cunt loves to brag about it to you guys but one day after a downturn we will be right fucked when cant run this shit off debt anymore and the people refuse to pay 60% of their wages.
pls n thanks
Just a few years ago Venezuela was doing ok economically with oil at its last peak.
Venezuela is not a jungle and middle class people were used to leading a similar life than yours where they'd buy things, go to a mall or a theater to watch a movie or stay at home and play video games. Then inflation went out of control and those things became luxury, then food scarcity started and it was harder and harder to find things you would simply drop by at any store to buy it.
Inflation got worse and worse to the point where last year minimum wage was like less than $20 USD a month (currently around $35). We're at a point where some less fortunate people have to eat from the garbage cans and some families had to abandon their dogs because they couldn't afford to feed them.
I live decently and eat well but things like eating Oreos, cereal and things I took for granted are things from the past because things are just too expensive or they simply disappeared in the case of Oreos and other brands.
Since everything is priced at its actual price we're here trying to get by with those $35 bucks in our pockets. Also sorry for ranting so much about Oreos, as I said before I'm not as screwed as other people in the country, but I miss eating oreos and dipping them in milk.
>The government has refused to let in humanitarian aid.
Makes you realise that shortages are a feature not a bug in socialism. How else do you keep people under control. Tragic
How much of your $35 a month do you spend on electrciity and internet?
Funny how you say drug war when all our military, goverment, and politicians are a drug cartel, our First Lady is a recognized drug warlord(cilia flores). I understand but dude at léase you can decently wipe your ass hehe
Hey dude, they do let help in... Only that the goverment doesn't give it to people... They sell it... Other country gives it for free... They sell it to us
>35$ a month
Thats the thing, for the gross of people it's not that, it's a lot less, and remember that we have to pay for all the services of the housing including phone, electricity, clean water, Internet and the list goes on and those 35 bucks are just that, the rest if you can win anything else goes solely on food or investment in your own way to make money(freelancing etc) if you can't pay something decent you have to go live in a 4x4 zinc plate hut in the barrio
>How much of your $35 a month do you spend on electricity and internet?
a little less than $2
This is a socialist country and services are cheap which also means they're absolute trash.
>lack of maintenance and investment meant we had to deal with 4 hour blackouts A DAY for a long time last year, the place where my grandpa is from suffered from 8 hour ones.
>only get water a couple hours a day and some places don't even get water at all
To keep a country running smoothly with this amount of subsidies and economical model it would take so much money the amount would be ridiculous.
Food is also cheap IF you wait in line for hours to get the cheap one the government sells you, otherwise you'll have to pay for food at its actual price and you can see how hard that would be with such a tiny amount of money.
I'm still mad about this. That money they get from selling that shit just goes to trying to fix some other shit they broke
Yeah you can't really do anything with it aside from paying services and buying some flour or anything else from re-sellers. This reminded me of that documentary about the guy who tried to live with minimum wage only. I'll look for it and post it here maybe, I think it would clear a lot of questions about what it is like to be here.
We all have the same problem dude.
I'm not complaining, I'm trying to explain why media or people haven't made a huge deal about this.
I'm trying to help ya guys. But we need to work together.
>not real socialism
>not real communism
Topkek
I can't sorry, I don't even have a smartphone mine got stolen weeks ago, I know it sounds stupid :/ but it's true.
And because of the censorship of the goverment what you can see in the Internet is about the same I can give you, but I encourage you that if you want to understand this matter, just read the history about the presidents before Chavez, from the fall of Marcos Perez jimenez, that way you will know the truth, that this goverment its just the consequence of years and years of corruption and populism, this goverment just took advantage of that blaming the Yankees(USA) and capitalism for their problems, and all they did was the same as their leftie comrades... Steal from us
I know dude we all have the same problem, I wasn't trying to be mean btw sorry if I made it look that way.(no Hablo en español para que LOS burgers no se molesten Jeje perdon)
another method of control, straight out of the socialist play book
christ
>8hr blackouts
Let me guess, its available in the non peak hours of 12am to 8am only?
Lining up all day for food seems to be the only thing one can do there if not making enough to live comfy. How can you expect people to rise up if theyre in an eternal line waiting for bread?
thats a shame, documenting this shit from your perspective would have been something incredible to see
I just remembered this thing exists.
youtube.com
A guy trying to live a week on minimum wage, only using his money for food and nothing else. When this video was filmed minimum wage was around 30k Bolivares and now it's 200k with Maduro's latest salary raise. Due to inflation those 200k are worth pretty much the same or less than the 30k from 7 months ago.
>peak hours of 12am to 8am only
Correct. They blamed all of it on the drought that hit that year and the main river that supplied hydro electrical plants with water but everyone knew there was no excuse for something like that to happen in this day and age and with all the money they made during the oil barrel price peak.
You know what Perez jimenez did to communists and socialists? He captured them, and made them work for the country, all the political prisoners build the infrastructure that keeps us alive even today and that we use everyday, he built one of the biggest universities in venezuela(Universidad Central de Venezuela) and is responsible for most of the infrastructure that we use for production of food and service that we use to this very day... But even with that we don't need no saviors, we need to get this commie asshole out of the presidency and then start repairing the country's mind and teaching them that that it's not popularity, its merits what should dominate the chain of command
Not stupid, that's a normal reaction to that bs.
Its just I don't wanna fall in that fallacy of "x" did that so "y" is the same. If we could get actual stories and photos, boom, shit would go down. No one should suffer that shit.
When you say something is shit whilst being in Latin America, well it's something true.
No probs man, do you have a phone? Can you help us with this documenting stuff?
Could get me killed to try... More than it could get me killed just to walk on the street, especially the parts were the ratchet things happen, because where I live, it's just a ton of people eating form the. Garbage(yep that is normal) but in alleyways of places like Petare, el silencio, catia, the homeless even hunt or ravage the corpses of dead animals(cats dogs, etc), and of course they do it with just teeth and bare hands... Not pretty
my suggestion for you my friend
FUCK
So wtf are you two cunts gonna do? you dont sound like youre going to leave but you dont sound like youre ready to storm maduros palace either. What is there to even do?`
Pinochet
I wish I could send you some oreos.
I hope you get to eat them again someday soon.
>Can we get a solution?
stop being brown
...
Kissinger whore? nah.
You have to abandon the Bolivar and change regime like they did in Argentina, otherwise you are going to be stuck with a useless currency and a retard in charge.
Maduro es un incompetente pero el problema real es que los países alineados con el (((FMI))) incluido perumierdstan (perushitstan) tienen la consigna de no comerciar con Venezuela.
Fuck, can you find someone?
Man there must be a resistance somewhere there. Proxies.
Other countries, can you teach us to set up a "secure" network?
what venezuela needs right now is a far right military coup, i'm sure there are a few ciatards hearing this.
transition to a capitalist economy in some form. The best you can hope for is that Venezuela at some point becomes like Chile or more realistically, Colombia. Best of luck senpai
just get out already, is your border enforced so you cannot get out of your country, or either move to rural areas where it is safe?
move here. we have oreos.
so wait, you're on the more middle class or even wealthy side and you haven't eaten meat in 6 months?!!?! I eat meat multiple times every single day!
Venezuela is becoming Cuba-tier. Either get guns and hunker down with stocked up supplies or get the fuck out of Venezuela.
What you described is basically what I think extreme poverty is like minus the electricity.
Do what Chile did.
/thread
its your country's fault for deposing jimenez and substituting it witha shit system
Colombia is a fucking narco-state, are you retarded?
> Burger flag.
We, enserio?
Esos weyes no saben más que cosas de primer mundo.
the standard of living and GDP per capita is much better there than it is in Venezuela or Peru for that matter. I'm not saying Colombia is great but Venezuela is so bad they make Colombia look good
>We really?
>Those weyes know nothing but first-world things.
kek
True... Colombia just send Venezuela their worst people, not to be xenophobic or anything it's just that most of the colectivos(gangs at the service of the goverment) are either nationalized Venezuelans from Colombia or Colombo descendants
It's not that easy because of repression, and well let's just keep the fight that is all we have left
They have healthcare, Maduro send a lot of people from his party to get medical treatment here in Brazil.
The problem is you have no guns in the opposition. You need a way to get guns. At the very least IEDs will work in a pinch if you can use them on the police/collectivos and take their weapons. These mass protests aren't going to do anything against people with APCs and tanks. You need actual hit and run tactics. You need to prepare for war. First things first inventory on what chemicals you have available. What can you get your hands on easily? Car batteries? Cleaning supplies? Oil and Gas? Look around for what is plentiful and we can go from there.
Can you trade guns for a shipment of supply?
I can rent a truck and go over your border.
And Podemos in Spain backing Maduro... and profiting from ''''''consulting''''': fees.
You are learning a lot of español.
Repression only works until a certain point, pass that they have to actually be right and they aren't.
there's no free healthcare, damn it. Stop that shitty meme already
What Colombia sent you was the FARC, that is now holding onto guns pointed at you, the only reason why your President still haven't started killing you all it's because they will first starve you and get you weakened.
He wants to be a dictator, nobody is saying shit about that because their guys have tons of guns, also most of your military that was worth something is arrested or in the United States of America trying to plead for help and nobody listen.
I'm really sorry for the people of Venezuela, most of them that I used to play with in Ragnarok Online private servers were polite and nice..
I just hate that president of yours.
Wish you the best.
Colombia is a shithole user, you ask to chileans or argis about the colombian immigrants
these are people lining up 8hrs a day to get bread. People who have had all their guns taken off them and have been made docile as they scavenge through bins to survive. I dont know much about revolutions but how does it start from this point? Is it overnight like in romania? whats the spark?
i have an interest in graduating and working my way across the continent one day, i am very interested in your countries
Colombians are good people, but they only send away the FARC members, regular citizens stick to living there.
>'free'
He gets it, fatty.
Explain how are you getting rid of kebab.
>whores, drug dealers and hired killers are good people.
jajajames fuck you
Whats amazing is how we have no nork posters, extremely rare cubans and the venezuelans we do are all starving to death here yet on this very board we have people advocating for the very system that has made these people non existent on the internet. Sad
You just described FARC, not Colombia.
You mean regulated IPs?
Yep that sucks.
You gotta admit, burger is the only one bringing GDP into account, whilst all latin america suffers from drug-dealing and such shit.
We're not bad per se, people in power fucks up our country, we don't know what the fuck we should do straya.
If you try to work honestly you still get fucked up. It's like a lawless land, where if you got money you can get whatever you want, but if you're born poor or middle class, well sucks to be you.
Burger will never fathom, the worst they have is (((them))) and at least they don't go beheading, raping, and such stuff.
They steal their children and make them prostitutes/child soldiers, depending on which is more profitable, there's no more drug warlords in Colombia, so the only people who can actually get them the product is the FARC.
It's their organized leftist terrorist organization, not a blanket on all of their citizens.
Some context wouldn't hurt.
And we can't have gas chambers while being in the EU, sorry.
when one has lived under the secure rule of law for so long they begin to take it for granted. Prosperity can never come unless one is secure in his tradings under the rule of law. That his health, his property will be protected and contracts agreed to are the fundamental basis of any prosperous country. I can understand that without this it doesnt matter how hard you try it is like building a house on a weak foundation.
The question is how do you establish a rule of law that the people respect and abide by. Is it through crushing force? Is it a cultural thing?
Usually their number only grow, in your country it's really diminishing, are they moving somewhere or what?
>are they moving somewhere or what
Yeah, most young people are. Best solution to the Muslim problem is to make your country a shithole that nobody in the right mind wants to live in.
Yay...
By the way, I don't believe the OP is actually Venezuelan, they lost their internet since 2014, the bullshit thats happening there has been going on for years.
FARC members can't travel around freely, there is Colombian druglords and the FARC protects people inside their are of control, making them a blanket for them.
Things aren't black and white, the Colombians emigrate and start dealing with drugs almost at the same time, like they were send specifically to do that.
It has to be produced organically, have roots in the countries development and take the people as ultimate benefactor and warranty.
Your country is not a shithole.
Mine, on the other hand.
The spark has to be small dedicated groups who are willing to risk it all on suicide missions. A group that makes IEDs that is willing to risk their lives to raid a weapons armory or ambush some cops or collectivos. Guerrilla warfare is the only name of the game now. Hit them hard and fast and disappear. The people are rioting but that won't do shit when against APCs and tanks sitting behind marble shooting machine guns that will be swapped for real machine guns the moment they get close enough to pose a threat. I don't know where the heroes will come from but I have to believe that there are a brave few willing to risk everything for the chance at their homeland back. The US isn't going to bail them out and they need to make a move soon because food is running out. So that being said there needs to be an effort to find out what they have available to fight with. They may die, but they at least need a fucking chance because if they don't fight I fear they will never have one.
Yeah but:
>EU
>Free travel
>Free gibs in European countries
Why wouldn't you expect people to leave?
Gas the pipes IPv6 now
>Like they were send specifically to do that
Exactly, they are, by the FARC.
>FARC can't move freely
They had an office in our capital when Lula was President and also during Dilma, haven't heard about it for a while though.
And I shouldn't begin to explain that most our politicians were mostly revolutionaries in the 60s, that includes Argies, Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Venezuela and pretty much anywhere here in LA.
It's fucking sad because you are the best of us, and still allow jews and bureaucrats to rule for a false sense of security.
>It has to be produced organically, have roots in the countries development and take the people as ultimate benefactor and warranty.
I agree and is why i think it wont happen in many countries for a long time, probably beyond our lifetimes sadly.
its only a matter of time until a small group emerges i suppose, people can only go through trash for so long. While you have internet its time to download the anarachist cookbook venezuela bros, you might not use it but at least pass it onto the guys killing these commie fuckers
Are (((they))) in Venezuela?
That is true.
This dude is right, people usually became the same. You know, when you get $150 a month with a decent job, but can do $2,000 just by collaborating with drugt trading, the answer is logical.
We waste too much money in our education to be poorly paid, therefore, people tend to choose the "easy" way, it's a cultural thing though.
That's why I wanna stay here, I wanna do something for the land that might be fucked, but has shown me people that have nothing but a bread and still will break it in half and share that with you, if you got nothing to eat.
It's about hope, people tend to dream they'll become the ones who punish (similar to the SJW problem but more fucked up), instead of thinking of helping others, if they get hope, even a minimum, the spectrum can be changed.
I've worked on elementary school, and it works on kids, this hopeless bastard turns into a decent human being, cuz little meatballs need someone they can trust and will hear them.
Mebbe we can do that. That's why I was insistent on proofs, we need to abolish fucking biased media and start knowing that everyone is getting fucked up.
We need each other.
they passed a spending cap which is needed desperately in many first would countries, they cant be that bad can they
