Now, white's ability to survive in the modern world is greater than the nigger's ability to do so (IQ). But this is not supremacy. We should keep all potentially useful genes (of all races) for future genetic manipulation or controlled and thought out race mixing.

many experiments have shown that schooling & access to books and teachers doesn't really change IQ whatsoever

IQ tends to be higher among whites than among blacks. This might make you better able to thrive in the modern world but, no, it's not superiority.
Blacks are more prone to suffer from falsiform anemia, as malaria can't infect falsiform blood cells. Therefore, blacks are better abled in a context where malaria is a selective pressure. That wouldn't make them superior though.

Truth of the matter is, if we want to chase ethnicity and its relation to status all the way to its obvious conclusion, the greater in number an ethnic population is, the less power they generally have. Sure, some of them will have power over the rest of them within that population, but generally that boils down to royalty bloodlines, so it's still an ethnic subdivision.
Then you look at the situation where the lower your numbers are, and the higher your wealth/power, the more you have to be a psychopath (essentially, paranoid and neurotic) to maintain your situation.
