I asked if eye is truely lost. Or if he has the patch to rest and heal it.

They eye is damaged and requires qualified medication. Sight loss reported as 80% for the eye now and it's said that without medication it will be lost.
Right now the eye is not totally lost.
The brilliant green is usually mixed with alcohol for medical purposes, in Navalny's case some acidic liquid suspected, no clear answer.
That's what I can tell from open sources I see.
