I lived in Scotland for two years. Their range of accents are beautiful. Probably one of the better group of accents in the entire English language. the blue pilled nature of many of the women is actually the biggest turn off.

One must bare in mind that Scotland only came about as it is seen today after pictland conquered the Scoti in Strathclyde, and then the kingdom of the isles only became part of the new Scotland after the battle of Largs in 1263.
Scotland does not exist just as Germany does not exist as it is a nation made up of many small regions. Scotland is a convinient way for forgieners and city people to refer to this land.
