Well, what should be done is basically build a wall around ISIS, physicak and technological. Make sure no one gets in or out. No communication in or out. Then you start with killing ISIS outside the area. And execute the ones who exist in Europe etc. When this is done you focus on ISIS area in Iraq and Syria, total extermination.
