a doctor has a high base wage but you also top out quite low compared to engineers/software devs etc. That aside medical school requries shit loads of time, after 6 years you get a degree and that will allow you to join a RESIDENCY.
Residents have SHIT salaries, because they are generally regarded as "learning doctors".
As I said , you can forget about that. Almost every country you would want to go to has very hard restrictions in place (USA impossible to match, UK also very difficult , Germany/Switzerland has VERY low wages for Residents , in Germany it's something like 3000-4000 Euros per month or less and in Switzerland similar ; and you will always be second choice because you are that guy that doesn't speak German)
