It's a different climate today than it was 10 years ago, or even 5 years ago. We need rules in place so that companies know what they can and cannot do going forward. Otherwise they will ALWAYS do what they think will make the most money.

Can you sit there and guarantee that it will never be profitable to throttle access to certain services and install tollbooths on the web? Do you have some crystal ball that lets you know 100% that won't be the case? With a firm rule in place, we don't have to worry about that.
