What solution, and to what problem? From the very beginning the civic 'nationalists' don't even acknowledge the end of the white race as being a problem, and their 'solutions' naturally reflect that. Their only concern is with the national 'culture,' which they wrongly believe can be preserved though 'assimilation' of migrants in spite of the demographic decline of the race to which the culture is actually attached. It is not a solution to the 'culture' problem because through assimilation what you are actually doing is creating a new bastard culture rather than preserving the old one, just as you are creating a new bastard race rather than preserving the old one.
Civic nationalism is, in practice, liberal democracy because it reaches the same ends by a different means. All that will happen is a new racial tribe will enter the country in large enough numbers and be mixed through subsequent generations until neither of the original races are recognizably different regardless of whether you're a civic nationalist or a 'liberal democrat.' Why do I care if the newcomers wave a rainbow flag around or not? It's unimportant. Even if the Han Chinese who are moving into Tibet are not killing the Tibetans or banning their culture, the demographic changes alone imperil the survival of the unique Tibetan society. This is because a particular culture is the product of a particular people. For the culture to survive requires the people to survive as an organic group. In practical terms this means sovereignty. It means people with a shared ethnic identity (which is derived from a shared ancestry) maintaining control over a territory where they constitute the large majority.
