What's up with the_donald and hardcore trump fans on pol. It seems like Trump can literally do no wrong. You guys mindlessly follow anything this guy says even if he reverses or changes his position.

At that point I see the weak ass argument that he's a grand master level 255 5d chest master. Do you realize you guys sound insane? This man is a caricature of America. He's a joke around the world and no matter how hard you try to "meme magic" this change, it doesn't change the fact that Donald Trump is a megalomaniac that's out of touch with reality.

Hear me out. I agree that immigration needs to be tightened up and that the "American Left" has gone too far with PC culture. But that doesn't mean everyone on the "American Left " is wrong. I put the "American Left" in quotes, because outside of the U.S a lot of the policies put forward by the Democrats would not fly in many Western countries. On a political spectrum the Democrats would been a far-right party in Canada.

Let's hear it from some Trump supporters. Are you really that blinded by your "God Empororer"? Can he really do no wrong?

Most people who defend Trump say something along the lines of "BUT LOOK AT WHAT THE CLINTONS DID".....ok I agree they are shady and corrupt family, but that still doesn't answer my questions. "BUT HURRR ALEX JONES SAID THE ILLUMANTI AND LIZARD PEOPLE ARE OUT TO GET US"....sure whatever the fuck that means, that's just great...but answer my questions, why aren't you skeptical about any of his motives. Does his behaviour not alarm you?

For sure, anyone who's built the empire that he's built isn't an idiot. Definitely a "smart cookie". But I think a lot of the hate on the left is actually just Antifa retards and most of the "American Liberal media". In Canada, most people I know think CNN is a joke for the most part. It's clear they are super salty and hate Trump. But I don't think there views are representative of most people.

No, I'm serious. Most Trump supporters respond in all caps with non-sense or say "hey but this guy did it". There's no logic and it's scary to see so many people that have been duped into believing the Trump is their saviour. Four years from now people will look back and say "Hey, he was an outsider and he tried his best to get some shit done, but there was too much resistance from the establishment. But fuck man was he a lunatic, let's not do that again".

I'm not whining, I'm just baffled. We probably share a lot of the same opinions. And please tell me how he's doing a good job? By what metric? Don't use the lame as economic indicators. The economy doesn't start and stop on dime. It takes years and years to see the impact of certain decisions. In the Clinton years, he was credited with the economic boom in the early 90s. This is despite the fact that he was entering office at the end of an economic downturn, he would have had to try really hard to fuck up the economy even more. The recovery in the economy was not attributable his actions, it was the work of the natural recovery of the economy and the framework put in place by his predecessors.
