I'm not a socialist, but I am in favor of some sort of syndicalism where the employees can chose between a fixed payment or getting a percentage of the monthly company revenue, entitling them to be part of the decision making process in a "you succeed if we succeed" kind of way. When it comes to tradition I think that tradition and religion should be embraced (despite not beliving in god myself) and that having sex with someone you don't love is degenerate. But it is also important not to force these values on people, because if they don't understand WHY, they will just throw them away once more. "Never tear down a fence without knowing why it was put up" is a good philosophy, but furthermore we shouldn't put up fences without telling people why.
