Actually, Argentina's 70% is greater than USA's 60%. We received the largest European migration wave after the USA in the 1880s-1950s period and killed most natives in military campaigns, people with Argentine Native ancestry are only 2% of the population. We do have a 30% of mestizos descended from Bolivians, Paraguayans, etc... but most European population is the product of recent early 20th century immigration so it's not mixed.
