But I'll tell you why he can't. Because his taxes are tied to his businesses. Releasing his taxes gives all his competitors, suppliers, debtors and creditors, 100% information about all his business ventures. What he spends on electricity, who he's renting too, where he gets his concrete and how much he pays for it. You can not even imagine what a monument of business intel that would be to other real estate moguls in every city where his companies do business. And he would be in a position where they would have complete intel on HIS business dealings and he would have 0 on any of his competition or business peers. He can never, will never release his taxes since they are not him, they are his companies.

The media would be all over him for the slightest thing. I voted TRUMP and advise him to not give the media anything, real Americans don't care.

Because he is probably paying a much lower tax rate than normal working people pay by a very large percentage. And, he doesn't give much to charity (or he would be bragging about). Without the alternative minimum tax-which Trump wants to end-his tax rate for the return we have seen would have been 5%. You're never going to see his returns. Trump is a liar.

If he really showed his tax returns it wouldnt make sense to most people, and would be easy to mischaracterize. Dude has a ton of real estate assets he can claim depreciation on in any given year, thereby lowering his taxable income. Further, a loss in a single year can be carried over to many subsequent years, depending on the type of loss i.e. bankruptcy of a company/ use life of a building. Also, since hes leveraging other peoples money to bankroll, including funding from banks, against what hes claiming depreciation on, he wouldnt have to pay any taxes on the real estate until he transfered the asset, which hell never do. At a certain point the paper depreciation of a building can be near 100%, and trump has taken the tax break in increments over years against his other taxable income. When a 100% depreciated building is sold or transfered, the ENTIRE depreciated amount realized becomes taxable, and youre looking at a sizable chunk of taxable income at the highest income bracket, coupled with paying off a huge mortgage. You can get around this by merely extending the time period to repay the outstansing liability on the profit, as there are always plenty of jews who love making their percentage off the balance per year, and additional renovations to the property to repair/upgrade enable another business expense deduction, coupled with an increase in adjusted basis and potential future depreciation tax writes offs. From my understanding, trump took a few huge losses in the 90s coupled with the paper trickery outlined above that set him up to pay no taxes on income for the first stint of the 2000s. Once you have that kind of income stream it's easy to stay wealthy perpetually. However, try defending why Trump didnt pay a metric fuck ton of taxes for nearly a decade to a guy making 30k a year.
