Jackson County Michigan has several law enforcement agencies with military equipment. The Jackson City Police Department has a armored personnel carrier. Blackman Township Police Department has a armored Humvee. Jackson County Sheriff Department has at least one armored vehicle I know of that's used by the local Narcotics Enforcement Team during drug raids. Ingham County Sheriff Department has an operational Huey Cobra helicopter gunship which was given a flat black paint job to make it more ominous looking.

I'm right next to West Covina. Reminds me of the topic/akon song Never Gonna Get It where he shouts out his hometown. My town of 10,000 has one armored car. Don't know the make and model.

Also it's worth noting that my town is ~40% Hispanic and there have been multiple hostage situations in the neighborhoods surrounding the high school and middle school.
