If you can get enough people of different races together, you can calculate this yourself.
To simulate a diverse, multicultural society, test all the races together and work out the IQ scores for each individual. Then add up the IQ scores of the white individuals only and divide it by the number of whites who took the test. You should end up with an average white IQ of >100.
Now, simulate a white ethnostate by IQ testing only white people. You will now find out that the average white IQ is only 100.
