at minimum, Sup Forums was partially shut down. No new image uploads, no new threads, it was like that for a while. Happened almost exactly when the user warned about something.

CIA did it. they're the ones with the power to do so, and they've done it before.

I've been around for many shut downs and purging of threads or images and other things, I know, I just think this one was interesting because we had advance notice and now no one is talking about it.

same thing happened when someone talked shit about the CIAs logo. some user showed up and made a post saying "watch this" or something to that effect and then no images could be uploaded. big gets are being controlled too. no doubt in my mind an alphabet agency is behind it, and my money is on the CIA.

IMO the database is in home court now. It must have happened during one of the "outages". The typical hosting problems don't manifest that way.

all of Sup Forums was locked for almost 3 hours. Could view every chan and read every thread just could not post. Also the time on posts was still updating through the freeze.
