Another (albeit tinfoily) theory is ISIS were ordered to do it because burgers aren't allowed to destroy infrastructure themselves... If the burgers surveyed the area with drones before, why would ISIS risk getting hellfire'd? How did ISIS know they would be given the chance to plant a bomb big enough to blow up the mast?
