How can we be so sure that "the Jews" are one group? Think about it, not every Jew is running things, it's more like there's a hierarchy. Take for example the stereotype of what a Jew looks like. The top dogs don't look like them, often they look very caucasian. So the people at the top avoided the camps while the people at the lower levels of the hierarchy had to spend time there.
In all honesty, knowing that Hitler mingled with Jews before he turned to the dark side or whatever, I think that it's likely that all of it wasn't his plan alone, and people helped him get into power since it was in their interests.
