I know Voter ID is effective at reducing the rate of minority participation, but is there anything else we can practically do to reduce non-White turnout? It would be nice to just have racial based suffrage, but that cannot practically be passed for the foreseeable future.
Non-Hispanic Whites in this country are willing to save America - we just need to be able to outvote the minorities, and any advantage we can get in that is helpful.

That's the wrong question. Stopping people from voting is not a way to make America great: it addresses a symptom (non-whites voting for the Democrats) instead of the root cause (non-whites wanting things that are bad for the country and not understanding why those things are bad).
We need to work on redpilling non-whites and getting them to understand that gibs are chains, that ghetto culture is what keeps the black man down, that personal responsibility and hard work will make them free.
Also, if nothing else, that map makes clear that we need to fix California above all else.
