I was under the impression that "The star will gorge itself on clay" was related to another mass famine in North Korea. Also, "A rock will stand on seven hills" is a fairly clear reference to either a new pope or a major play by Italy within the EU of some kind. "The belly of the dragon will drip water" seems like a disaster, real or man made, in China involving mass flooding. Finally, "The bear will leave it's cave forever" sounds like trouble in Russia, perhaps the abdication or removal by coup of Vladimir Putin.
