Brain is an organ, built from DNA instructions like the rest of the body.
There are obviously physical racial differences - skin, sickle cell, lactose tolerance. No reason why there wouldn't be brain differences too.
Some brain differences are uncontroversial eg. blacks have smaller brain volume.
The world looks EXACTLY like you would expect if blacks are less intelligent: dysfunctional societies, no great scientists or philosophers.

Okay, there are women who are 185cm tall. Taller than the average man, but they're rare, much rarer than men who are 185cm.
You know that on average women are still shorter than men. It's definitely not true that men and women have the same height.
Same for races and intelligence.
Sometimes blacks are smart enough to become pop science tv personalities but that's a lot rarer for blacks than other races.
