I think most Baltics just look like what you'd expect with their geography: somewhat like north Russians and somewhat like Nordics. Here's what I don't understand. You guys are supposedly terrified you are going to be conquered. But you don't have conscription and you don't have loose gun laws to encourage the idea that every single individual will be armed and invading isn't worth it. Why not? Why don't the baltics have a Fortress Baltic mentality like switzerland does? Why arn't people encouraged to own a gun and practice with it regularly? Sea access isn't that big of a deal for Eurasian countries. Naval superiority would be entirely irrelevant if aircraft carriers weren't a thing, and the only relevant country Russia needs maritime trade with is the US.
