There were fires. If you look at the video from another angle before it collapsed you can see they had a server storage AND super computer on the roof.
The fires spread, a gas main leaked or some shit and the tremendous weight of the server room crashes through all the stories putting a massive doughnut hole straight through building 7. This weakened it just enough for the whole thing to wobble and weaken. Down came the tower. If anything the person who decided to build that thing on the roof should be arrested.
